Return Policy:

At Dryline Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unopened items. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for verifying the correct size of the bag for their vehicle before purchasing. If the wrong size is ordered, the customer may initiate an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as shipping fees for the exchanged item. Please ensure proper fitment prior to purchase to avoid the need for exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your product was damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

• Processing Time: We are currently taking pre-orders. Bags will begin shipping in June 2025.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size of the product, and the delivery destination. You will be able to view shipping options and associated costs at checkout.
• Shipping Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout. Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays.
• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Dryline Products is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an address mistake is made, please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary adjustments.
